Deposit:  A deposit equal to one night’s room rate is required to hold a reservation. Deposit requirements may vary for holiday periods and some programs. Saturday night reservations require a 2 night minimum (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday nights). A one night reservation will be accepted when made less than 7 days in advance.

Payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted as well as cash and checks (subject to approval).

Pets: Sorry, pets are not permitted.

Attire: Neat dress at the breakfast table (Shirts and shoes are required and no hats for the gentlemen).

Liquor: Please, no red wine in the guest-rooms.

Smoking: We provide a non-smoking environment for the comfort of our guests. Smoking is permitted outside, only. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $250.00 cleaning charge.


Cancellation Policy:
When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the day(s) you request. You agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it.

Saturday night reservations require a 2 night minimum (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday nights). A one night reservation will be accepted when made less than 7 days in advance.

Cancellations for any reason received less than 30 days before stay is to begin are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations for any reason received less than 10 days before stay is to begin will be charged full amount for all nights and rooms booked. A change of date is considered a cancellation.
